Vintage 1950s quilted ribbon rose pouch/bag

A very attractive 50s bag
Would probably have been originally used as a nightdress case 
Could be used to store so many things - jewellery,make up,purse inside a larger bag or a clutch bag itself
Black silky soft satin outer with frill and rope trim. Mustard yellow satin inside.

Ribbon rose decoration
Neatly folds over into a clutch shape 
Measures 14 inches by 8 inches folded 
And 14 inches by 14 inches open
Appears to have had minimal use. Very good vintage condition. Very minor -  slight small area of colour run on one inside corner. See photo.
