Made from a soft fabric ? some sort of wool and man made mix
Stripes in white and blue colours with navy cord edging 
Collared
Toggle buttons to front 
Poppers and sewn together at sides - forming the batwing poncho sleeves 
Large front patch pockets 
No size labels 
It will fit sizes 14/16/18/20
Laid flat and done up
Underarm 25 inches x1 side
Waist 23 inches x1 side 
Length 30 inches 
Good vintage condition. General light wear and bobbling but no issues
