1980s Frank Usher black velvet and ruffle jacket 16

This Frank Usher jacket is a real show stopper. Such an incredible silhouette that drapes beautifully 
Made from soft black velvet with a black  ruffle collar that runs around the whole jacket 
Frog closure at the neck and breast bone
Oversized shoulders with dolman type sleeves 
Long length - longer at the back where it pleats and flows beautifully- the shape of the body reminds me of a frock coat 
Label reads size 36 
But will fit up to a size 16 due to style/drapes 
Laid flat and edges brought together 
Underarm 22 inches x1 side
Waist 23 inches x1 side 
Length 30 inches 
Incredible vintage condition. The fabric is soft and no fade to the black. No issues and appears to have had minimal wear
