Soft cotton or cotton mix 
Creamy base with a pink floral pattern
Buttons to the chest - goes on over the head 
Oversized bishop sleeves with long buttoned cuff
Flared smock shape body 
Label reads size 12 
It is more of a modern 8/10

Lovely vintage condition. General very light wear but no issues. Beautifully soft and utterly gorgeous
